The Snug XL provides an additional 10m2 of living area at very little additional cost. The major difference is a wider bathroom that includes a laundry space (located in kitchen in standard Snug), hallway storage, additional bedroom storage and an additional 1.6m of living space. Just like its little brother The Snug, the spaces include an uncompromised kitchen and larger comfortable living zone, a well-appointed bathroom/laundry, a spacious bedroom and great storage.

The Snug and Snug XL design is very flexible, the full-height window in the passage can be converted into an access point into another Snug (or Sleeper, or Crib etc) via a short hallway. This pavilion style architecture option would provide an additional work/study and guest quarters, or possibly a kid's wing containing two bedrooms and a bathroom. There are many options available and additional units are more economical not requiring a kitchen, appliances or possibly even a bathroom. 

You can double the living areas of this home with our optional outdoor-living package that includes a large all-weather louvred and screened deck off the kitchen/living, additional seating, outdoor heating and an extension of the lighting and sound systems. A master bedroom deck with lighting and seating can also be supplied. Or alternatively, these can be built on-site by a local builder, it's up to you.
